The Journey

Early Beginnings in Jackson, MS

Trey began his real estate career at just 19 years old in Jackson, Mississippi, where he cut his teeth wholesaling properties. This early start gave him an unparalleled understanding of deal analysis, creative financing, and what makes a property a true investment opportunity. Those formative years instilled a work ethic and market intuition that would become the foundation of his career.

The Atlanta Move

When my father (Boo Rossini) was promoted to President of CTE (Young Jeezy's record label), the family relocated to Atlanta. This move opened doors to one of the nation's hottest real estate markets, where I recognized the massive opportunity to scale my investing career. Atlanta's diverse neighborhoods, strong rental demand, and population growth made it the perfect market for an ambitious investor.

Najarian Capital & The $10M Pipeline

At Najarian Capital, a real estate hedge fund, I proved his abilities by single-handedly building a $10,000,000+ acquisitions pipeline. Managing complex institutional deals, negotiating with sellers, and coordinating with title companies, attorneys, and investors, Sage developed the systems and processes that would later form the backbone of Brooks Capital. This experience taught him how to operate at scale while maintaining attention to detail on every transaction.

Licensed Broker & Top Acquisitions Rep

Trey went on to work with Sundae and Rebuilt, where he became one of the top acquisitions representatives. He obtained his Georgia real estate broker's license, adding another layer of credibility and expertise. This combination of boots-on-the-ground investing experience and professional licensure gave him a unique edge in the market—understanding both the investment side and the regulatory/compliance side of real estate transactions.

Building Brooks Capital

Today, Sage is building Brooks Capital with a clear vision: create a vertically integrated real estate company that acquires, renovates, lists, and scales properties across multiple markets. By raising $10,000,000 in private capital, he aims to complete 5-6 renovation projects per month, build a documented track record, and ultimately secure institutional funding to expand into commercial and multifamily assets.

This isn't just about flipping houses; it's about building an empire, creating systems, and proving that with the right team, vision, and capital, anything is possible.
